In this video 1, villagers in India talk about the problems they face while visiting banks and their willingness to pay extra fee if they get the banking service in their own villages. Within the current banking model, villagers say that they loose a day's salary, incur travelling cost, loss of time and many times face rude bank staff on their visit to the nearest branch of the bank. Due to all these hassles, we are willing to pay additional fee if we get banking facility within the comfort of our home, reveal villagers.
