Explaining further, Tamara observes how OIBM with a mission to reduce cost and reach out to maximum number of clients moved from branches to post offices; then to agri-business centres and now exploring the m-banking platform. Tamara says banking industry is looking at the opportunities that technology provides today to solve these basic issues.
