In this video, Jesila Ledesma, Consultant MicroSave introduces MicroSave's work in the Philippines. Elaborating on the work done by MicroSave, Jesila says MicroSave's has imparted training to more than 30 local MFIs in the country and it's market research training has made the local MFIs more responsive towards their clients and develop market-led financial products. Further it has partnered with microfinance banks and other local MFIs for capacity building courses in the field of process mapping which has led to the development of efficient and responsive delivery systems.
