Olivia is an Assistant Manager in the Inclusive Finance and Banking domain. She has extensive experience in market research and in particular developing, implementing credit products and managing credit delinquency in banking. She also has knowledge in product development and has been instrumental in the redesign of products such the Vijana Inuka FinAccess targeting youth in startup businesses, a program run by Digital Opportunity Trust (Kenya) and Rafiki Microfinance Bank. She was also involved in a concept testing study facilitated by the World Bank and Financial Sector Deepening (FSD) Kenya to determine feasibility of the launch of Treasury Mobile Direct product for distribution of public debt securities to retail investors.
