She is a financial inclusion consultant with four years of experience gained through projects with banks, microfinance institutions and digital finance service providers in India, Indonesia and Papua New Guinea. Her areas of expertise include project management, M&E and microfinance. Sonal has implemented projects involving market research, product development, social performance management, design of staff feedback mechanism, design of client feedback system, design of manuals for MFIs, liquidity risk management system for MFIs, loan portfolio audit, agent network management, channel satisfaction surveys and training.
